
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative supporting Caribbean operations where you'll coordinate asset transfers, manage inventory, process orders, and provide exceptional customer service. You'll be the vital link between our operations teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring smooth delivery of products and services while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate asset and inventory transfers across the Caribbean region to meet operational requirements
Create and submit quotes using company software and obtain necessary internal approvals
Participate in client meetings to provide updates on orders, deliveries, and action items
Conduct monthly reviews of client orders to ensure on-time delivery and identify potential risks
Process Order Requisitions, Non-PO request forms, and Delivery Notes according to company procedures
Liaise with vendors and internal teams to track production progress and expedite orders when needed
Monitor sub-rental equipment and services on a monthly basis
Verify commercial invoices against internal manufacturing orders for accuracy
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation in company systems
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey technical information
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
General knowledge of products being sold and purchased
Proficient computer skills and system navigation
Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
Ability to work with all levels of personnel and build strong customer relationships
Qualifications Required:
Associate Degree / Professional Diploma
5 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry or technical services
Commitment to safety, security, and compliance standards
Dedication to quality service and continuous improvement
Qualifications Preferred:
Knowledge of Caribbean business operations
Experience with inventory management systems
Background in customer service or client relations
