Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
Setting pick-up and delivery appointments
Must be able to multi-task in multiple Transportation Management Systems
Required to utilize the phone daily to solicit customers for freight
Must be able to construct a professional email
Must be able to type at least 50 words a minute and 10-key by touch
Must be proficient with Microsoft suite of applications to include Word and Excel
