Customer Service Representative
to join their growing team. The company operates within the event and party rental industry and has experienced strong expansion in recent years through operational excellence and outstanding customer experiences.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders, resolving concerns, and ensuring each interaction reflects professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by delivering exceptional service.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Manage and update customer requests and orders in the CRM system
Provide clear, accurate information about products and services
Handle concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency
Ensure order accuracy and timely follow-up with clients
Maintain organized documentation using Google Suite tools
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer-related matters
Proactively identify ways to enhance the customer experience

Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role
Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools
Highly proactive and solution-driven mindset
