Job Description

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, servicing USANA’s Taiwan-based Brand Partners and customers. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and provide solutions to their inquiries and needs. A successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge, which is critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. What You Will Do as a USANA Customer Service Representative  
  • Assist customers in processing orders, applications, and registrations
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Handling inbound call center and walk-in customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Perform other duties pertaining to the job requirements
Background and Skills You Will Need
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide patient and proactive customer service
  • Strong telephone etiquette and coordination skills, particularly in handling inbound calls
  • Familiarity with call center operating systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Responsible, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration

  • Previous customer service experience in the direct selling industry is highly preferred
