Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, servicing USANA’s Taiwan-based Brand Partners and customers. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and provide solutions to their inquiries and needs. A successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge, which is critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. What You Will Do as a USANA Customer Service Representative 

Assist customers in processing orders, applications, and registrations
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Handling inbound call center and walk-in customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Perform other duties pertaining to the job requirements

Background and Skills You Will Need

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide patient and proactive customer service
Strong telephone etiquette and coordination skills, particularly in handling inbound calls
Familiarity with call center operating systems
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Responsible, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration

What Will Make You Standout  

Previous customer service experience in the direct selling industry is highly preferred
