Real people Recruitment is working with an international quality company to help them hire a Customer service agent to job their busy call center. Based in Citywest, Dublin 24, the role will assist customers with queries, follow ups and bookings that have been made on an online booking system. 

The main details of the role are as follows;

Location Citywest, Dublin 24 (10 minute walk from Luas stop). Full onsite role. 
Salary €28,000 per year, €14.15 per hour. Paid Weekly.
Start date Tuesday, 17-02-2026 at 09:00 for 1 week training. (Paid)
Days covered M/T/W/T/F (no weekend work)
Hours (Rostered weekly) 08:00 - 20:00 Monday -Thursday, 08:00 -18:00 Fridays, (up to 40 hours per week).

What you will be doing each day:

• Be the first line of support for customers 
• Ensure that these customers are treated with the highest level of care and empathy
• Act as a resource to answer any service or product questions a user might have, helping diagnose any issues they encounter and determining when to escalate to various internal teams as required. 
• Where customers are identified as having become unsure of next steps, proactively follow up with them to determine what the client can do to assist their progress.

In order to be shortlisted for this role you will need

• A high level of customers service experience
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• A desire to help people, and see any issues through to resolution
