General Purpose:

Perform Customer service related generalist duties at the professional level including responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: pre-sales consulting, pumps & parts bidding, order handling, complaint handle, delivery, promotion, stock follow up

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

• Customer order receive/ follow-up/ close and analyze.
• Customer inquiry follow-up.
• Customer complaint handle/ record/ action-plan propose.
• Arrange daily delivery.
• Handle the local VAT issues and in charge of the A/R and push customer’s payment.
• Coordinate with supply chain to satisfy the lead time request from customer and help to control a proper safety stock.
• Do the promotion and win back lost market share
• Tracking parts availability
• Assisting in cost analysis of pumps & parts

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Passion and good attitude to work.
• Be patient to different type of customer especially meet the complaint.
• Efficient, careful and accurate.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Goal oriented and a demonstrated ability to continually prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
• Must have ability in planning and execution especially in customer order arrangement and precedence.
• Experience with ERP system
• Good English and computer skills
• Work independently and have a team spirit.

• College degree in Machinery manufacturing, business or related, or equivalent of experience
