
Customer Care Officer
We are a fast-growing PropTech company and a market leader in secure invoicing solutions for the real estate industry. Our platform enables real estate agencies to offer their clients—sellers, landlords, and others—a flexible pay-now or pay-later option for marketing costs, helping to manage the expenses of property sales.
The Role:
As a Customer Care Officer, you’ll join our dedicated support team to assist real estate agencies using our platform while managing your own loan portfolio. Your role will involve guiding customers through their loan applications, repayments, and enquiries, ensuring they feel supported and informed about their financial commitments. You’ll excel at following processes and building rapport with customers, using your critical thinking to assess repayment risks.
While you'll be able to work independently, you'll also thrive in a collaborative, team-driven environment. Exposure to consumer finance or real estate is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service.
