Customer Hero:


Be the friendly, helpful voice on the phone, email, or chat – solving problems and making someone’s day.
Cross-Selling and Upselling:
Spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell – helping customers find exactly what they need and processing their orders accurately.
Phone Answering:
Provide prompt and courteous support, maintaining professionalism on every call.
Reporting on Daily KPIs:
Track and report on key performance indicators, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
