Your primary responsibility is to deliver comprehensive customer support across multiple channels. The goal is to assist every customer who contacts the service desk in a timely and professional manner. This means responding to enquiries, offering guidance, and conducting verification checks.
Responsibilities
1. Provide prompt and professional customer support via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Act as a knowledgeable resource regarding Digidentity products, offering guidance and assistance to customers as needed.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors as necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions.
Requirements
1. Vocational/university of applied sciences (HBO) level of thinking and working.
2. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a technology or software company.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
5. Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
