We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Tallahassee location (2320 Apalachee Parkway #K). In this role, you'll be the friendly face of our organization, delivering exceptional service, assisting in making all of our delicious products to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. • Answer customer inquiries via phone and in person with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Make all our delicious products following accurate standards with a passion for perfection
• Document customer orders accurately and maintain detailed records in our system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations or solutions
• Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Follow company policies and procedures while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Contribute to a supportive team environment by sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues
• Meet performance goals and quality standards while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and proven ability to arrive on time consistently
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Strong active listening and empathetic approach to customer interactions
• Positive attitude, high energy, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service
• Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and professional demeanor
• Open-minded mindset with willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills with a decisive and analytical approach
• Flexibility to work various schedules as needed by the organization
• Basic computer proficiency
• Conflict resolution and patience when dealing with challenging situations
• Ambition and strong work ethic with commitment to personal and professional growth
• Preferred: Previous food service and customer experience
