Job Description

Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Greenville, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service and support our busy restaurant operations.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Process cash and credit card transactions
  • Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking
  • Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously during peak hours
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication abilities, particularly in handling phone calls
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Multitasking capabilities to manage various responsibilities efficiently
  • Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues
  • Attention to detail in order taking and food preparation
  • Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Food service industry knowledge is helpful but not required
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
