Job Description

Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Mehlville, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service and support our busy store operations.

  • Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes
  • Process cash and credit card transactions
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
  • Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well in a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous customer service or food service experience (a plus)
