Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Ellisville, United States location! We're looking for a friendly and efficient individual to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately over the phone and in person
  • Prepare and serve high-quality pizzas and other menu items
  • Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold our high standards of cleanliness
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Contribute to a positive work atmosphere by demonstrating flexibility and willingness to help where needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
  • Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
  • Proven multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic when addressing customer concerns
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
