We're seeking a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with customers, sales teams, vendors, logistics, and operations to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. In this role, you'll support domestic and international customers while managing quotations, order processing, shipment coordination, and customer communication throughout the order lifecycle.

Your Impact

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in managing the customer order lifecycle, from quotations and order entry through shipment coordination and ongoing customer support. You'll serve as a trusted partner to customers while collaborating with Sales, Product Management, Logistics, Quality, and vendor partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and provide quotations to customers and sales teams.
• Enter, maintain, and expedite customer orders in SAP.
• Review customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before release for manufacturing.
• Coordinate shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics requirements.
• Communicate order status, shipment updates, and schedule changes to customers and sales partners.
• Purchase materials and work with vendors to fulfill order requirements.
• Support customer consignment inventory and inventory management programs.
• Maintain accurate order documentation, inspection reports, and customer records.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, and shipments.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Logistics, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or a related role.
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, supply chain, or logistics environments is preferred.
• SAP or other ERP system experience preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping terms, freight processes, and logistics coordination is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Self-motivated professional who can work independently and collaboratively across teams.
