Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the service order process
  • Create and supervise customer warranty claims
  • Oversee the Product Improvement Program
  • Record the working hours of the technical team
  • Calibrate, organize, and control crane maintenance tools
  • Provide support to the customer service department
  • Provide documentation support to the EHS department

Required Profile:

  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade (high school diploma);
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial and administrative roles;
  • Knowledge of lifting equipment and machinery;
  • Good command of the English language (mandatory);
  • Good command of French and/or Spanish (preferred);
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office);
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred);
  • Enjoy working in a team;
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks while maintaining effectiveness in decision‑making and delivering results.
