108The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the purchasing department's primary liaison to all Valley Health System divisions and affiliate networking facilities. The CSR will implement programs which include: SunHealth committed programs, other negotiated agreements, new/deleted supplies, and identification and resolution of concerns or questions the customer may have assuring communications to appropriate parties. The overall goal is to provide cost effective services, assuring that contracts and services offered are effectively communicated and utilized to the greatest extent possible by Valley Health System.
Education
Position requires a minimum of a high school diploma and ideally, an AS degree in Business or related field preferred.
Experience
At least five years experience in health care, hospital setting preferred.
