About Finzel’s Mastertech

Finzel’s Mastertech is a trusted name in Terre Haute for over 35 years. We operate a high-volume, full-service shop in a brand-new facility, offering everything from maintenance to complex repairs, ADAS, and EV service.

Our front desk team is critical to our success — setting the tone for every customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Check customers in and out efficiently
• Use shop systems like Tracs, AutoVitals, and Kukui
• Coordinate customer transportation (including driving when needed)
• Communicate clearly with customers and service team
• Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Customer-first attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic automotive understanding (preferred)
• Experience with shop software (or ability to learn quickly)
• Valid, clean driver’s license
• Reliable, organized, and professional

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 1-hour lunch
• No weekends
