Job Title: Customer Service Rep
Location: North Salem NY
Hourly Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Full-time

Air Professional Associates is a premier HVAC leader in all things, heating, and cooling. This includes ongoing maintenance, precision repairs, and expert system design & installation. Air Professional's continuous demand has created an opportunity for an HVAC Customer Service Rep for our office in North Salem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, take messages, and greet visitors at the door
• Schedule meetings and techs
• Schedule service calls with customers utilizing our ERP and Outlook calendar systems
• Administrative tasks such as permit filing and customer rebate filings
• Scheduling leads for our salespeople on their calendars

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in HVAC CSR support preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
