The role coordinates across Customer Service, Distribution, Transmission, Generation, Regulatory, Engineering, Economic Development, and other business units to support informed decision-making, organizational alignment, and successful project execution.

In addition, it leads or supports the development and coordination of customer agreements, contract frameworks, and governance activities, to include contract negotiations and execution.
