Status: Full-Time (40 hours per week); Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM.

Status: $ 44,800.00 to 58,200.00 CAD Annually

About the Position

ATS Traffic is currently seeking a Customer Service Professional (CSP) to join our Langley team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in retail customer service or sales who is ready to take their first step into a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry: accurately processing quotes, orders, jobs and tickets for customers in TCR and SalesPad
• Answer and direct all incoming calls, greet walk-in customers
• Handle inquiries for quotes, orders, deliveries and pick-ups, as well as customer concerns
• Invoicing rental customers promptly
• Promote new products to existing customers
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Take payment on cash sales

Qualifications

• Someone who is personable, positive and always willing to assist customers!
• Customer service training and/or courses are an asset.
• Proficient computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
