Position Title: Service Engineer / Manager – AMC & Project Coordination | High-Pressure Water Mist Systems

Role Summary

The role involves managing follow-up and coordination for AMC contracts related to completed projects, with a strong technical understanding of High-Pressure Water Mist Systems deployed on ships/fleets.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on AMC contracts for completed projects and coordinate with the client on a regular basis.
• Provide technical support and coordination for High-Pressure Water Mist Systems deployed on ships/fleets.
• Prepare spare parts lists and coordinate requirements for upcoming AMC activities.
• Follow up with the client on a weekly basis regarding AMC requirements and activities.
• Prepare Order Confirmation (OC) for received AMC orders and coordinate/distribute the same with Procurement, Accounts, and Operations.
• Follow up on invoice generation, submission, and approval with the internal Accounts team and the client's Accounts department.
• Monitor and track project costs.
• Certify contractor invoices in coordination with the Site Supervisor.
• Track manpower and material movement to and from the project site.
• Prepare and submit the Collection & Billing Plan for AMC and Spare Orders for the upcoming month by the first week of every month to the Manager.

Required Experience & Technical Knowledge

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in the same or similar field.
• Strong technical knowledge of High-Pressure Water Mist Systems, particularly systems deployed on ships/fleets.
• Experience in AMC coordination, spare management, billing, invoicing, project cost tracking, and client coordination.
