About the Position

ATS Traffic is currently looking for a Customer Service Professional (CSP) to join our in Edmonton, Alberta for the 2026 season. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with hospitality, customer service and/or sales background looking for their first experience working within a professional setting or someone eager to learn new skill's!

This position is the first point of contact for customers looking to rent or purchase equipment from ATS. The CSP will handle inquiries for quotes, rentals, deliveries and pick-ups. CSP will handle customer concerns as well as taking orders via phone, email and walk-in.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry: accurately processing quotes, orders, jobs and tickets for varies systems
• Answer and direct all incoming calls, greet walk-in customers
• Handle inquiries for quotes, orders, deliveries and pick-ups, as well as customer concerns
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Ability to determine customer needs and opportunities for sales
• Provide prompt response to customers regarding products, pricing and availability
• Demonstrate superior time management, organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills day to day

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales
• Previous experience working in the traffic control/construction industry is preferred but will take other experience into consideration
• Proficient computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities
• Excellent time management

• Strong sense of team and collaboration
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior SalesPad or TCR experience.
