What you can look forward to as Customer Sevice / Planner :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and fast response times
  • Manage and prioritize customer orders, schedules, and delivery commitments
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, planning) to ensure on-time fulfillment
  • Monitor capacity, inventory, and constraints to proactively address potential delays
  • Maintain accurate order tracking and provide timely updates to customers
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and service performance
  • Lead root-cause work on misses (late releases, shortages, rework, capacity constraints, data issues) and implement preventive actions.
  • Weekly/Monthly published MPS + exception list (constraints, shortages, risks)
  • Bottleneck capacity outlook + recovery actions
  • Order release plan (what gets released, when, and why)
  • Clear priorities translated into shop-ready execution (build/kit/ship)
  • KPI dashboard: schedule adherence, plan stability, OTIF/ship attainment, expedite drivers

Your profile as Custome Sevice / Planner:

  • Industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Intl Business/ Commerce, Admin, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in similar position (3 years), automotive industry preferably.
  • Advanced English.
  • Logistic Knowledge / 8Ds / Engineering Changes.
  • Strong ERP experience (QAD/SAP PP/MM preferred).
  • Office (advanced Excel skills Tactical Planning, Detailed Planning)
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute in a constraint-based environment (capacity + materials + priorities Inventory Control
  • Automotive customer Portal (OEM Stellantis, BMW, GM, Rivian)
