Principali responsabilità
  • Gestione degliordini e delle richieste cliente tramite portali e sistemi aziendali
  • Interfaccia diretta conclienti B2B per aggiornamenti e gestione delle richieste
  • Coordinamento conufficio traffico e team operativo per verificare fattibilità e stato delle spedizioni
  • Gestione delle problematiche emonitoraggio dell’ordine fino alla consegna
  • Supporto e collaborazione costante con ilteam Customer Service
Qualifiche ed esperienza
  • Esperienza inCustomer Service, preferibilmente nelsettore trasporti o logistica
  • Inglese livello B2 per interfacciarsi con il team internazionale
  • Ottime capacità diproblem solving e gestione delle priorità
  • Attitudine al lavoro inteam e alla gestione di contesti dinamici
  • Buone capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente

Fascia retributiva associata alla posizione : 23-25k.
Orari di lavoro : full time, 40 ore a settimana dal lunedì al venerdì.
