UPS Healthcare per società del gruppo è alla ricerca di una figura da inserire come Customer Service Operator da inserire nel nostro team:

Responsabilità:

  • Gestire le comunicazioni con i clienti e con il network via telefono, e-mail
  • Monitorare gli ordini e le spedizioni per garantire la consegna nei tempi previsti
  • Rispondere alle richieste dei clienti e risolvere eventuali problematiche
  • Aggiornare i dati nei sistemi aziendali
  • Gestione dei resi, reclami, giacenze, anomalie, prenotazioni telefoniche, scansioni documenti, inventario
  • Mantenere aggiornata la documentazione relativa alle spedizioni

Requisiti:

  • Diploma di scuola superiore (Diploma/Laurea in ambito logistico costituisce un plus)
  • Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in ruoli di customer service o logistica (preferibile)
  • Conoscenza almeno B1 della lingua inglese
  • Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (Pacchetto Office)
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali e di proattività
  • Orientamento al problem solving e al cliente
  • Ottima capacità di lavorare in team
