Owns end-to-end Customer Service and customer supply chain collaboration framework across cluster. Ensures reliable Order-to-Cash execution, strong customer partnerships, and delivery of service, cost, and cash outcomes; while advancing touchless, automation, process improvement, and harmonization aligned with business need and operating unit strategy.
Customer Collaboration & Interface. Defines and oversees the customer collaboration framework across CEE markets, ensuring consistent ways of working with customers and strong alignment between customer expectations and delivery through market teams and delivers top tier Advantage survey
Order-to-Cash Excellence. Owns the end-to-end O2C operating model across the cluster, ensuring consistent, reliable, and efficient execution across markets, with clear standards for order processing, delivery coordination, invoicing, and claims management.
Service Performance & Continuous Improvement. Owns and monitors cluster-level service KPIs, including OTIF, claims, and billing accuracy, drives performance routines across markets, and ensures continuous improvement, standardization, and scalable execution aligned with Operating Unit priorities. Ensures that defined value creation strategies are translated into scalable and consistent operational practices across markets
Cross-functional & Cluster/Operating Unit Alignment. Ensures alignment between Customer Service, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams and Customer Collaboration & Value Creation roles at cluster level, providing a clear and consistent interface and enabling integrated decision-making across markets.
Team Leadership. Leads and develops the Customer Service organization at cluster level by setting performance expectations, building capability, and guiding market Customer Service & Collaboration Managers.
Governance & Data Integrity. Defines and governs O2C processes and control frameworks across CEE, ensuring compliance with SOX and audit requirements, and driving consistency, accuracy, and integrity of master data across markets.
Experience in regional or cluster roles, with strong exposure to customer collaboration, transformation initiatives, and FMCG/Consumer Health supply chains
