We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Customer Supplies team as a full-time Customer Service Officer, based in Moonah.

In this role, you will be the go to contact for customers, helping them quickly find the right first aid and mobility products across our first aid retail outlet and Scooters & Mobility store. You will process goods and services efficiently, stay on top of inventory, deliver sharp retail customer service, and keep our first aid kit servicing van scheduling running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver high‑quality customer service that meets needs promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate site visit scheduling, ensuring all appointments are booked, confirmed, and completed on time.
  • Handle inventory operations efficiently including invoicing, stock accuracy, and merchandise presentation.
  • Use and grow your product knowledge in first aid and mobility equipment to match customers with the right solutions.
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships to uphold and strengthen our reputation for high-quality services.
  • Maintain accurate, up to date customer records in our systems.
  • Work seamlessly with all three Supplies across the state to achieve shared operational goals.

What You Need to Succeed

  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and deliver a responsive, high-quality experience.
  • Confidence in using technology to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve proactively.
  • Clear, confident communication both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
  • Experience or exposure in the allied health sector would be advantageous but not essential.

Essential Requirements

To work with us, you must:

  • Possess or be willing to acquire or provide a National Police Check that has been issued within the last six months.
  • Possess or be willing to acquire a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration with NDIS endorsement.
  • An unrestricted Australian Driver's licence
  • Be an Australian Resident or hold a valid Australian working visa.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
