Responsibilities: Handle and manage import, export and transshipment consignments. To co-ordinate independently with haulier, carrier and warehouse to ensure timely clearance of shipments. Liaise with customers and warehouse for shipment planning and job executions Knowledgeable in import/export/transshipment procedures for ocean/air shipments. Update information into freight management system Issues billings to customers on a timely basis. Vendor cost verification Consol planning Monitor orders and ensure payment terms are being adhered. Manage customers queries and complaints Provide Sales Support.
Requirements: Min. 3 years experience in the related industry Permit declaration knowledge Well versed and meticulous in the preparation of air & sea shipping documents. Good knowledge of Customs formalities Pleasant personality & service-oriented Patient, able to multi-task and work under pressure. Knowledge in FMS & WMS will be an added advantage.
