The Opportunity

Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Malaga, WA!

This is a varied role where your customer service experience, positive attitude and eye for detail will make a genuine difference. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver great service and keep our operations moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service and administrative support to allocated contracts and sites.
• Manage inbound calls, respond to enquiries and provide information about our company, products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate more complex issues when required.
• Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and internal support teams.
• Assist with invoicing queries, manage BPAY payments and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet customer service KPIs, including average handling time and time in queue, while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within required timelines.

About You

You’re a people person who enjoys making someone’s day easier. You bring a helpful attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. If you have customer service experience and enjoy working in a team where your contribution is valued, we’d love to hear from you!

• Previous customer service experience, with the confidence to communicate professionally and build positive relationships.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• A collaborative approach, a willingness to learn and the confidence to ask questions.
