Job Description

Our client is a leading telecommunication service provider, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
 
Customer Services Officer, Insurance Hotline
Responsibilities:
  • To respond promptly to customer telephone and website enquiries in a professional manner
  • To provide administrative and clerical support in a daily basis, cooperate with team members to respond promptly to customers enquires
  • To visit distribution partners' retail outlets in order to support and enhance company's product and service
  • To support the team and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
  • Shift duty is required
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above with relevant experience
  • Qualifier of IIQE Paper I, II & III is an advantage (candidates prepared to undertake such qualifications will be considered)
  • Experience in insurance or financial industry is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent teamwork skills
