THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service / Workshop Officer to join our small and friendly team based at our branch in Camden Park.

If you enjoy providing outstanding customer service and have experience within Industrial sales or a similar industry, then this is the role for you!

In this position you will be required to provide premier customer service and offer timely solutions in resolving enquires with our valued internal and external customers. You will work within a small yet talented team in a collaborative, supportive environment where your contributions are valued.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service counter customer enquires and orders,
• acknowledging customers upon entry or ringing of the bell.
• Follow up urgent and critical orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assemble hoses to meet manufactures specifications and customer requirements after training
• Perform component conversions creating components to "as new" condition.
• Maintain front counter display in a neat and orderly manner.
• Be committed to the WHS objectives of the business; ensure procedures and policies are followed.
• Report all workplace incidents, hazards, and near miss occurrences

ABOUT YOU

• Have previous sales experience in industry (parts referencing / product resourcing
• Have a strong mechanical aptitude
• Be computer literate, sound communicator, with a good telephone manner
• Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
• Have good general knowledge and visualization skills.
