For over 150 years, we have made the toughest, no-nonsense footwear for work and play. We now distribute across six continents and over 70 countries.
We are proudly family-owned and operate our Head Office from our home in Hobart, Tasmania. Our products are developed in Hobart, we use the best resources available from all over the world to develop footwear that keeps pushing the boundaries - from the iconic elastic-sided boots loved worldwide to gumboots, lace-up safety footwear for men and women, heavy industrial footwear and casual boots.
Our people are dedicated and highly skilled, our commitment to our product has underpinned our success to innovate and exist for decades, we believe our people’s commitment will continue to drive our success into the future.
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Service team.
As one of the key connections between our customers and the broader business, you'll play an important role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, enquiries are resolved efficiently and our customers receive the service they expect from Blundstone.
You'll work closely with our Sales team, Marketing team and Distribution Centre, supporting some of Australia's best-known retailers as well as end users of our products. Over time, you'll become an expert in the Blundstone range, developing a strong understanding of our products and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.
No two days are quite the same. One moment you may be processing customer orders, the next you'll be resolving a customer enquiry, coordinating with internal teams, or helping ensure an important customer order reaches its destination on time.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in getting the details right and likes being part of a team that works together to get things done. It's also an opportunity to gain exposure to a range of areas across the business while working for a globally recognised brand that continues to be designed and led from Hobart.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Moonah Head Office, working Monday to Friday.
If you’re ready to be part of a brand that’s built to last, we’d love to hear from you!

Rewind to 1870. Blundstone footwear was born and bred tough to weather the untamed terrain called home – Tasmania, Australia.
Since then, we've put boots on Aussie soldiers and Everest expeditioners, miners and musicians. We've helped footballers and farmers, tap dancers and Olympic athletes to put their best foot forward.
Pull them on and off up to 10,000 times. Mess them up. Dress them down – or the other way around. Our boots will be up for it.
While our history is a source of strength – the thing that really inspires us is the toughness of those who've worn our boots.
