Who we are

Delivering accessible and convenient refund/collection point networks across some of Australia’s largest markets. We work with a diverse range of customers from consumers, return point partners and operational service delivery partners to deliver a World Class customer service experience.

Your new role

• 5 Star Customer Service.
• Data entry.
• Respond to internal and external customer queries.
• Answering phone calls on first ring.
• Manage relationships between stakeholders and provide first line resolution.
• Manage customer complaints to resolution, following set procedures.

Your skills and experience

• Exceptional phone manner
• Previous experience in data entry
• Highly organised
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Intermediate skills in MS office suite are required
• Previous experience using CRM tools e.g., Sales Force would be highly regarded
• Understanding of urgency and working towards set KPIs and SLAs
