What’s the role?
Our Condell Park Calibration Centre is seeking a Customer Service Officer to act as a central link between customers, technicians, and workshop operations. Your key responsibilities include:
Managing customer enquiries, bookings and quotes
Coordinating technician schedules
Providing clear and timely job updates
Supporting Site Managers with workflow planning
Maintaining accurate data and administrative records
Is this you?
We’re seeking a proactive and professional individual who brings:
Experience in customer service, scheduling or service advising (automotive highly regarded)
A confident and professional phone manner
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
High accuracy in data entry and administration
Solid Microsoft Office skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
