The Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate and focused Customer Service Officer to join our team.

This role will be full-time, 6-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave with an immediate start.

As the first point of contact for all customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience. Your ability to provide first-class service in every interaction will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of excellence that define our team. About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site
  • Keeping customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles
  • Handling telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting management with inventory, including parts, paint, and consumables
  • Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs

What You'll Do:

  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
  • Greeting customers on arrival.
  • Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
  • Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
  • Telephone and email correspondence
  • Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
  • Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

  • Proven experience within a Customer Service position
  • Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
