Customer Service Officer – Service that soars with Microflite

Location: Batman Park, in Melbourne’s CBD | Moorabbin Airport

Permanent Part Time or Full Time Permanent (1 Position Available)

Microflite is seeking a passionate and customer focused Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our growing team. This position may be offered as either a Permanent Part-Time or Full-Time Permanent role, depending on the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and availability. As part of our regular roster, applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day each week.

Based primarily at our premium Batman Park location in Melbourne’s CBD, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences while coordinating bookings, tours, charters, events, and passenger services. The successful candidate must be willing and able to work from our Head Office at Moorabbin Airport as required to support operational and business requirements.

Working closely with the Customer Service Manager and broader operational team, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers while supporting the day-to-day success of one of Australia's most respected aviation companies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage bookings for tourism experiences, charter flights, packages, and special events.
  • Prepare quotes, confirmations, schedules, and coordinate passenger manifests.
  • Liaise with operations staff, pilots, and third-party providers to ensure seamless, premium experiences are delivered.
  • Handle inquiries, payments, and customer concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Welcome guests warmly to our premium lounges, tailoring their experience to their personal needs and preferences.
  • Ensure our lounges, helipads, and reception areas reflect our commitment to luxury and excellence.
  • Support smooth daily operations across both Batman Park and Moorabbin locations.
