Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to support a critical healthcare environment. Reporting to the Operations Centre Team Leader in Adelaide, you will manage client requests, coordinate service delivery accurately, efficiently, and within KPI timeframes.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, resilient, and enjoys working in a small team focused on day-to-day client service operations with strong call centre or operations centre experience.
You will bring a calm, professional phone manner, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and action requests quickly while maintaining accuracy.

Workplace Flexibility
This role is based full-time at our Client Site in Bruce. 2 week rotating Roster 8am-4pm, 12pm-8pm, Monday to Friday with occasional Public Holiday hours paid at penalty rates.
