Customer Service Officer

About the Role

  • Handle opening and closing of the Customer Service Counterin accordance withSOPs.

  • Attend to walk-in enquiries, wayfinding requests, feedback, and complaints from members of the public.

  • Assistcustomers with tenant-related enquiries, facilities information, and general hub services.

  • Support administration of promotions, campaigns, redemptions, and ticketing activities.

  • Issue vouchers, premiums, and tokens accurately andmaintainproper records.

  • Ensure thatall vouchers, premiums, and assets are properly accounted for before and after each shift.

  • Assistin lost and found cases involving items or personal belongings and follow escalation procedures whererequired

  • Maintain daily reconciliation of manual and system records.

  • Keep the counter clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

  • Update andmaintaintenant contact lists and operating information whenrequired

  • Submit daily reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.

  • Assistin any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

  • Support incident reporting andassistin preparation of reports whererequired

  • Support Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and safe work practices
