Customer Service Officer
About the Role
Handle opening and closing of the Customer Service Counterin accordance withSOPs.
Attend to walk-in enquiries, wayfinding requests, feedback, and complaints from members of the public.
Assistcustomers with tenant-related enquiries, facilities information, and general hub services.
Support administration of promotions, campaigns, redemptions, and ticketing activities.
Issue vouchers, premiums, and tokens accurately andmaintainproper records.
Ensure thatall vouchers, premiums, and assets are properly accounted for before and after each shift.
Assistin lost and found cases involving items or personal belongings and follow escalation procedures whererequired
Maintain daily reconciliation of manual and system records.
Keep the counter clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Update andmaintaintenant contact lists and operating information whenrequired
Submit daily reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.
Assistin any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Support incident reporting andassistin preparation of reports whererequired
Support Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and safe work practices
