We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to support the day-to-day delivery of high-quality service to our customers and help ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our services. This role offers variety, hands-on experience and the opportunity to build your skills across customer service, administration and coordination in a growing organisation.
You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager, internal teams and installation partners to provide exceptional support to customers and installers, while contributing to continuous improvements across our service and administrative processes.
This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, managing a range of tasks and taking ownership of their work. You will bring a confident communication style, a practical approach to problem-solving and a friendly, down-to-earth manner that makes it easy for customers and colleagues to engage.
