Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma related to Logistics /Supply Chain Management will be beneficial.
• Proven experience in 1-2 in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination with Overseas agents and customers and get the bookings and handle all the Customer service functions related to a particular shipment.
• Coordination with Shipping Lines and airlines for bookings.
• Coordination with clients to get the shipping documents.
• Maintain Daily Status Reports and update the clients.
• Costing/Billing Preparations of shipments.
• Maintain management reports.

• Update shipment tracking systems and provide clients with real-time updates on the status of their cargo.
