An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service person to our dynamic and innovative business.

of the role:

Serve as the first point of contact for sales enquiries, ensuring accurate and efficient service. Process customer requests and orders whilst working in a fast paced, high-volume environment. Take ownership and contribute to the success of the business through excellent communication and service. This role is crucial to our business, where your contribution will make a significant impact.

What we are looking for:

• Previous customer service experience is essential (B2B experience is ideal)
• Exceptional communication skills are crucial to the role
• Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Resilient and problem-solving mind set
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a bonus
