Customer Service Marketing System Specialist

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 / hour

The Marketing & Sales Representative is the smile and handshake of our clients brand. We provide the first impression to customers, and generate new business through in person presentations. Key Responsibilities

• Foundation Sales & Marketing
• Accounts Management
• Business Development
• Location Management
• Client Relation and Retention
• Support in developing and executing direct client presentations.
• Help and attend client-facing roles and/or visit job sites as needed.
• Assist in the development and execution of proposals, as needed.
• Collaborate with team members on ways to improve sales margins.
• Participate in the development and execution of a direct marketing campaign.
• Reliable Transportation to the office and client meetings required.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Demonstrated work ethic, motivation, and a thirst for learning.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and ambitious.
• Willingness to progress from entry-level to management.
• 3+ years of experience in offline marketing, field marketing with a strong focus BTL / ground promotion strategies.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in event execution and brand activation.
• Excellent customer engagement, communication, execution and negotiation skills.

Cost to the employee to participate in the plan varies by the coverage selection and the number of dependents; and may be subject to collective bargaining agreement

Under this arrangement, the employee is provided with an annual opt out payment.
