Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service to our Hazardous Waste Division. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to meet their expectations.
Job Duties:
• Work directly with the sales group to ensure continuous support of external customers.
• Serves as a funnel for the sales team.
• Be primary contact for logistic support.
• Manage Logistics contracts.
• Coordinate transporters requests and negotiate rates for customer movement.
• Be able to communicate client needs to chemist.
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on that mission.
• Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in related filed required.
• Chemistry/Biology or other science degree with relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations is required.
• 3+ years working in the Hazardous waste or chemical industry.
• Experience in providing customer service support.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Experience in Hazardous waste is a plus.
