Key Responsibilities

Team Oversight

• Manage and support a team of two remote customer service representatives
• Monitor performance and ensure a high standard of customer interactions

Operations & Communication

• Serve as the point of contact for escalated customer issues
• Keep team workflows organized and efficient in a remote environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, with some leadership exposure preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing remote employees
