Job Description

Operating within the newly established umdasch Industrial Solutions division — under the same umbrella as Doka within the Umdasch Group — AT-PAC is a global leader in scaffolding solutions. Specializing in the industrial market segment, AT-PAC focuses on serving all scaffold contractors and industrial service companies across a variety of sectors.

AT-PAC became fully integrated into the Umdasch Group in 2023, combining its 25 years of industrial scaffolding expertise with Doka’s 150-year legacy in formwork and shoring. This strategic move reinforced AT-PAC’s commitment to strengthening its global market position and delivering exceptional solutions to the industrial sector. In this role, you are responsible for coordinating international customer orders and logistics activities from order intake through delivery. You ensure smooth operational execution, accurate system data, and reliable communication with customers, warehouse teams, and transport partners. Your work directly supports on-time deliveries and high service quality across international projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage internal customer orders, ensuring on-time deliveries.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer data in the system.

  • Handle warehouse and accounting documentation for active projects.

  • Coordinate international customer service activities for ongoing projects.

  • Plan transportation based on incoming orders and liaise with transport companies.

  • Communicate proactively with warehouse teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel).

  • Experience with Microsoft AX is a plus.

  • Very good command of English.

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

  • Accuracy, reliability, and accountability.

  • Experience in an international work environment.

As Customer Service & Logistics Specialist you will be working in the International Logistics Centre localized within Doka Poland premises. Your role will be dedicated fully to AT-PAC organization.
