Qualifications: - 1-3 years of customer service logistics, shipping, and warehouse experience in a related field - Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills - Excellent customer service orientation - Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment   Job Will Remain Open Until Filled

We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.   Position Summary                                                  The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist supports brand and logistical managers in various business areas. This role is dedicated to managing customer relationships and expectations across multiple clients and vendors.   Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities   Customer Service - Assists with tasks and deliverables of the Logistics Manager. - Maintain the purchase order databases for the importer and brokerage businesses - Review PO’s for accuracy - Communicate with Sales force and/or Customers on orders received, corrections and order status - Trouble shoots issues that arise Data & Reporting Management - Assists with general administration of import and brokerage partners. - Provide ad-hoc reporting on orders against commitments for MVM’s and/or other special sales events. Customs Data - Provide special tracking for customs duties to support drawback calculation Supervisory Responsibilities   Direct Reports This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports   Indirect Reports This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports   Travel and/or Driving Requirements Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this job  Travel up to 10%   Minimum Qualifications Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Field of Study/Area of Experience:  Business Administration, Operations Management, or Marketing 1-3 years of experience in a related field   Skills, Knowledge and Abilities - Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills - Excellent customer service orientation - Good interpersonal skills - Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports - Ability to work effectively with management - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment - Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadline - Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Environmental & Physical Requirements   Office / Sedentary Requirements Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.  Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
