The Customer Operations and Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain operations. This role ensures efficient and effective delivery of products and services to customers, while optimizing logistics and inventory processes. The Manager will lead a team of customer service and logistics professionals to deliver superior customer experience.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

  • Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to Lesaffre's safety-first culture by strictly following all safety protocols and participating in required safety programs
  • Manage the end-to-end customer order fulfillment process, from order receipt to final delivery
  • Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and management to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stockouts
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, production, procurement) to align supply and demand
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Manage a team of customer service representatives, logistics coordinators, and warehouse personnel
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on order status, delivery, and logistics-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 + years of experience in customer operations, logistics or supply chain management
  • Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software, ERP Systems, and data analysis tools
  • Ability to travel 5% of the time within North America
