Customer Service Logistics Coordinator

Location: Devon, PA or West Chester, PA

The role:

As a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator, you will help drive our goals by:

• Planning and processing outbound shipments from the United States, ensuring all documentation and quotations meet regulatory and trade compliance requirements.

• Coordinating order-to-shipment execution, including shipment scheduling and alignment with customer delivery requirements.

• Reviewing demand variances and ensuringaccuratedemand signals are reflected in ERP/MRP systems.

• Partnering with Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Project Management and Commercial teams to support customer commitments.

• Monitoring on-time delivery performance,analysingdelays,identifyingrootcausesand escalating risks whererequired

• Acting asa logisticsadvisor on customs,incotermsand route changes, ensuring compliant outbound finished goods movements.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, IndustrialEngineeringora relateddiscipline.

• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations with working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.

• Understanding ofimport/export regulations, customsprocessesand global trade compliance.

• Strongorganisationaland analytical skills, witha high levelof accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities whilemaintaininga customer-focused approach.

• Clear and effective communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate across functions.
