As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Campinas, SP, Brazil.

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Build strong relationships with our customers, the local customer team, and the global Operations/Customer Service team.
  • Collect and process orders in our ERP system, ensuring that all specifications are complete and accurate.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries regarding order placement, pricing, surplus, pro-rates, product availability, and returns.
  • Contact customers with various communications related to orders and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate closely with local and global internal departments to ensure timely deliveries to the local warehouse and customers.
  • Traffic & Logistics: Support the shipment of seed samples worldwide upon request from R&D and Breeding teams.
  • Maintain master data in the ERP system, including prices, discounts, product assortments, and customer records.
  • Update sales forecasts in the ERP system in close collaboration with customers and account managers.
  • Provide support and service to the local organization.
  • Proactively share data and insights with relevant local and global colleagues to support decision-making processes.

Your profile:

  • Degree or background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with knowledge of inventory control and purchasing processes.
  • Experience in customer service and/or logistics.
  • Strong customer- and service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Mandatory fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience with forecasting tools, Salesforce (CRM), and SAP for order processing and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of and experience within the vegetable seed or agricultural industry is a significant advantage.
  • Based in Campinas - SP, or availability to relocate.
