Do you get a kick out of connecting people with books they’ll love, solving tech puzzles, and showing others just how magic a library can be? We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Librarian on a fixed term basis who bring positivity, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for stories in all their forms.
In this role, you’ll be a welcoming presence for our community - supporting everything from everyday enquiries to children’s activities and tech support. Every shift brings something new, and that variety is what keeps you engaged.
If great customer service is your superpower, you’re naturally curious, and you thrive in a team, we’d love to have you join us at Napier Libraries.
